There's something magical about biting into a warm hand pie filled with spiced apples and pears. These little pockets of autumn goodness are perfect for meal prep since you can make a batch ahead and reheat them whenever the craving strikes. Pears are packed with fiber, which is wonderful for digestion, and when you pair them with warming spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, you get a dessert that feels both indulgent and nourishing. What I love most is how simple they are to assemble, especially if you use store bought pastry dough. In about an hour and a half from start to finish, you'll have homemade hand pies that taste like you spent all day in the kitchen.
