You know how sometimes you want dessert but don't want to spend all evening in the kitchen? This banana s'mores sundae is my answer to that craving. It takes just nine minutes from start to finish, and honestly, you probably have everything already in your pantry. The bananas give you natural sweetness plus potassium to support your heart health, while the caramelized sugar adds that irresistible toasted flavor reminiscent of campfire s'mores. It's the perfect way to satisfy that nostalgic sweet tooth without the fuss of building an actual fire. Trust me, once you try it, you'll be making this all summer long.
