This is one of my favorite desserts to make when I want something that feels fancy but comes together in just an hour. The combination of tart apples and sweet pomegranate seeds creates this beautiful contrast that tastes like fall in every bite. Plus, pomegranates are packed with antioxidants, so you can almost convince yourself this is good for you! What I love most is how simple it really is, with ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. The oat and butter topping gets wonderfully crispy while the fruit underneath softens into a jammy filling. It's the kind of dessert that looks like you spent all day on it but honestly doesn't require much effort at all.
