- 237 mlwhite wine

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the carrots, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pot. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

Pour in the chicken broth and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add the cabbage, tomato paste, and white wine to the pot. Simmer for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
Tip: Be careful not to overcook the cabbage.

Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth. Alternatively, you can transfer the soup to a blender and blend in batches.
