- 250 gall-purpose flour
- 400 ggranulated sugar
- 120 gunsalted butter
- 3 egglarge eggs
- 10 mlpure vanilla extract
- 200 gcaramel sauce
- 20 gflaky sea salt
- 6 gbaking powder
- 150 mlunsalted milk
- 150 gsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line an 18x20cm baking tin with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter, sugar, and caramel sauce over low heat, stirring occasionally.
Tip: Use a silicone spatula to scrape the sides and bottom of the pan.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.

Add the dry ingredients to the saucepan and stir until just combined.
