- 150 mlunsweetened milk
- 50 gcocoa powder

- 100 mlcaramel sauce
- 100 gvelveta cheese
- 10 mlvanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease and flour two 20cm round cake pans.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Add the unsalted butter and mix until combined.

In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans. Use a spatula to create a swirly design on the surface.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once the cakes are completely cool, melt the caramel sauce in a saucepan over low heat. Add the velveta cheese and stir until smooth.

To assemble the cake, place one cake layer on a serving plate and spread the caramel cheese mixture on top. Place the second cake layer on top and drizzle with remaining caramel sauce.
