Ingredients
- 300all-purpose flour
- 10 gbaking powder
- 5 gsalt
- 200 ggranulated sugar
- 150 mlunsalted butter, melted
- 400 mlcaramel sauce
- 2eggs
- 100 mlmilk
- 7 gactive dry yeast
- 100 gbrown sugar
- 100 gchopped nuts
- 5 gcinnamon
- 20 mlvegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 190°C (170°C fan-assisted). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, granulated sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.

Add the melted butter, eggs, milk, and yeast to the dry ingredients. Mix until a smooth dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with cling film, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle, about 1cm thick.

Spread the caramel sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 2cm border around the edges.
Tip: To prevent the caramel from spreading, make sure the dough is at room temperature.
