These Chilli Chocolate Friands are my go to when I want something impressive but don't have much time. The whole thing comes together in under an hour, which is perfect for weeknight entertaining or a quick homemade treat. What I love most is how the heat from the chilli flakes plays against the rich dark chocolate, creating this addictive sweet and spicy combination that keeps people coming back for more. Dark chocolate is packed with antioxidants, so you can feel a little virtuous while indulging. They're also wonderfully simple to make with just basic pantry ingredients and minimal fuss, making them ideal even for newer bakers.

The combination of tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and a cold Corona creates something that tastes way more complicated than it actually is. Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, which is great for your immune system, and the whole thing takes just five minutes to throw together. Best part? It's incredibly budget friendly since you're probably already stocking most of these ingredients anyway.
