Ingredients
- 300 ggreek yoghurt
- 20 gunsweetened cocoa powder
- 10 gdried chilli flakes
- 150 gsugar
- 50 ghoney
- 5 gsalt
- 100 gunsalted almonds
- 100 gdark chocolate chips
Instructions

In a blender or food processor, combine yoghurt, cocoa powder, chilli flakes, sugar, honey, and salt. Blend until smooth and well combined.

Add the unsalted almonds and blend until coarsely chopped.

Transfer the mixture to a bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Once chilled, pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and place in the freezer.

Blend the dark chocolate chips in a separate bowl until smooth. Fold the chocolate into the yoghurt mixture until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to individual serving cups or a large serving dish. Cover with plastic wrap or aluminium foil.
