- 20 gdried chilli flakes
- 100 gcocoa powder
- 300 ggranulated sugar
- 250 gall-purpose flour
- 150 gunsalted butter
- 4large eggs
- 120 mlwhole milk
- 1vanilla extract
- 1salt

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and vanilla extract. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
