- 200rice flour
- 250 ggranulated sugar
- 4egg whites
- 50 gunsalted butter
- 100 gdark chocolate chips
- 2 gchilli powder(adjust to taste)
- 20 gcocoa powder
- 1 gsalt
- 10 gmilk powder
- 1 mlvanilla extract
- 20 ggelatin
- food colouring (optional)
- 50 gchopped nuts (optional)
- 1dried chillies (optional)(optional for extra heat)
Instructions

Combine rice flour, sugar, and cocoa powder in a bowl.

Add the egg whites, melted butter, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.

Add the chilli powder, salt, and milk powder to the mixture.

Add the gelatin to the mixture.
