These chilli chocolate marshmallows are my favorite homemade treat to make when I want something special without spending hours in the kitchen. The whole process takes just an hour from start to finish, and you probably have most ingredients already at home. What I love most is how the warm chilli kick plays against the rich dark chocolate and pillowy marshmallow texture, creating this incredible flavor combination that feels fancy but tastes so comforting. Dark chocolate, the star ingredient here, is packed with antioxidants that make indulging in these feel a little bit guilt free. Trust me, once you try making your own marshmallows, you'll never go back to store bought.

The combination of tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and a cold Corona creates something that tastes way more complicated than it actually is. Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, which is great for your immune system, and the whole thing takes just five minutes to throw together. Best part? It's incredibly budget friendly since you're probably already stocking most of these ingredients anyway.
