These Chocolate Florentines are one of my favorite treats to make when I want something that looks fancy but doesn't require fancy skills. The beauty of this recipe is that it comes together in just 45 minutes from start to finish, making it perfect for when unexpected guests drop by. The almonds packed into every bite are loaded with vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant that's wonderful for your skin and overall health. What I love most is how simple the technique is and how inexpensive it all is compared to buying similar cookies from a bakery. The combination of chewy raisins, crunchy almonds, and that glossy dark chocolate coating makes every bite feel indulgent, and honestly, nobody needs to know how easy you found it to make.
