Ever since I discovered this combination, I've been making it constantly for afternoon pick me ups. There's something magical about blending silky pistachio gelato with a shot of quality espresso that just hits the spot. The best part? You can have this ready in five minutes flat, which means no excuses for skipping that treat. Plus, the pistachio nuts bring real heart healthy fats to the table, so you can feel a little better about indulging. With just a handful of simple ingredients and minimal effort required, this shake proves that cafe quality doesn't have to mean spending hours in the kitchen.
