Nothing says brunch like a festive cocktail, and this cranberry pomegranate mimosa is my go to when I want something special but don't have much time. The beauty of this drink is that it takes just five minutes to throw together, making it perfect for entertaining or a quick weekend treat. Cranberries and pomegranate are packed with antioxidants, so you can feel good about indulging in this bubbly blend of juices and champagne. The frozen cranberries add both visual appeal and a lovely tartness that perfectly complements the sweetness of the orange juice and champagne.
