Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 20x20cm loaf tin and set aside.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, coconut sugar, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the dark chocolate, unsalted butter, and vanilla extract. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval.
Tip: Be careful not to burn the chocolate.
