These delightful filo parcels are my go to when I want to impress without spending hours in the kitchen. Crispy, golden pastry envelops silky dulce de leche in every bite, and honestly, they come together in just an hour total. What I love most is how simple they are to make, even for someone like me who's not a professional baker. The best part? Eggs provide wonderful protein to keep you satisfied, and the whole recipe uses pantry staples you probably already have on hand. Your friends will think you've spent the day baking, but your secret's safe with me.
