This frothy blue punch has become my go to for celebrating the little ones in my life. It's so easy to throw together in just ten minutes of prep, which means I can focus on other party details instead of fussing in the kitchen. The pineapple juice gives it a lovely tropical flavor while sneaking in vitamin C to boost immunity, and honestly, the combination of ginger ale and vanilla ice cream creates this dreamy, creamy texture that guests absolutely love. The beautiful blue color comes together like magic, making it the perfect centerpiece punch bowl that looks fancy but requires almost zero effort.
