This is one of my favorite weeknight dinners because it comes together in just 40 minutes and tastes absolutely restaurant quality. Bison is leaner than beef, packed with protein and iron, which makes it a nutritious choice that feels indulgent. The fresh bean sprout salad provides a crisp, vibrant contrast to the rich grilled meat, while the ginger and garlic dressing brings everything together with bright Asian flavors. It's simple enough for a busy Tuesday but impressive enough to serve guests.

Instructions
- 1
Preheat your grill to high heat. Pat the bison steaks dry with paper towels and season both sides generously with sea salt and black pepper about 10 minutes before grilling.
Tip: Drying the meat helps it develop a better crust on the grill.
- 2
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger to create a dressing. Set aside.
- 3
Combine the bean sprouts, sliced cucumber, and red onion in a large bowl. Toss gently with half of the prepared dressing and let sit for a few minutes while you grill the meat.
Tip: Don't overdress the sprouts or they'll become too soft.
- 4
Place the bison steaks on the hot grill and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side without moving them, then flip and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes for medium rare. Bison is very lean so avoid overcooking.
Tip: Bison cooks faster than beef because it has less fat, so watch the time carefully.
- 5
Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest on a clean cutting board for 5 minutes before serving.
Tip: Resting allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the meat tender.
- 6
Divide the bean sprout salad among four plates. Place a grilled bison steak beside each serving and drizzle the remaining dressing over the meat.
- 7
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top of each plate just before serving for added flavor and visual appeal.

Coconut & raspberry crush
Have you tried making a drink that's both refreshing and genuinely good for you? This coconut and raspberry crush is my go to when I want something special without the fuss. The best part is how quick it comes together in just ten minutes of prep. Coconut water is absolutely fantastic for hydration, packed with natural electrolytes that your body actually needs. I love combining it with tart raspberries and a hint of mint for that perfect balance of sweet and zingy. It's simple, it's delicious, and honestly, it feels like you're treating yourself to something fancy.

Beergarita
My go to drink for summer gatherings is this refreshing Beergarita, and let me tell you, it's a total crowd pleaser. The combination of tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and a cold Corona creates something that tastes way more complicated than it actually is. Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, which is great for your immune system, and the whole thing takes just five minutes to throw together. Best part? It's incredibly budget friendly since you're probably already stocking most of these ingredients anyway.

Crispy seabass with preserved lemon yogurt
This is one of my favorite quick weeknight dinners because it comes together in just ten minutes flat. Crispy seabass with preserved lemon yogurt is that perfect balance of impressive and effortless, with tangy Greek yogurt and zingy preserved lemon creating a sauce that feels restaurant quality but tastes like home. The seabass gets beautifully golden and flaky while the freekeh provides substantial whole grains packed with fiber and protein. It's the kind of meal that makes you feel like you're treating yourself without any fuss.
