Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Slice the halloumi into 1 cm thick slices.
Tip: If you don't have a grill pan, you can use a non-stick frying pan.

Brush the grill pan with olive oil, then add the sliced halloumi. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
