- 3 tbsplemon juice
- 10 gfresh mint leaves(finely chopped)
- 1 tspsalt
- 1 tspblack pepper
- 2 clovesgarlic(minced)
- 1 tspred chili flakes
- 1 mediumred onion(thinly sliced)

Slice the Halloumi into 1cm thick pieces.
