This is one of my favorite recipes to make for holiday gatherings because it's honestly so simple and impresses everyone. You just need a beautiful ham, some canned pineapple, and a few pantry staples you probably already have at home. The pineapple rings not only look gorgeous on top of the ham but they also add natural enzymes that help with digestion. What I love most is that aside from about twenty minutes of prep work, this dish practically cooks itself in the oven for four hours, leaving you free to handle other sides or spend time with guests. The brown sugar glaze combined with the tropical fruit creates this amazing sweet and savory flavor that keeps people coming back for seconds.
