- 200 mlheavy cream
- 200 gsugar
- 4 egglarge egg yolks
- 120 gunsalted butter
- 1 mlvanilla extract
- 100 gall-purpose flour
- 2 gbaking powder
- 5 gsalt
- butter, for greasing

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 20cm round baking dish with butter and set aside.
