This cake batter shake has become my go to when I'm craving something sweet but don't want to derail my healthy eating goals. The best part? It takes just ten minutes to throw together, making it perfect for busy mornings or quick afternoon treats. I love using the sugar free pudding mix because it gives that authentic cake batter flavor without all the guilt, and the soymilk provides a nice protein boost to keep you satisfied. Top it with those colorful sprinkles and you've got yourself a dessert that tastes indulgent but actually fits into a sensible eating plan.

To make the chocolatey topping, in a small bowl, combine Cool Whip with cocoa mix. Stir until completely mixed. Cover and refrigerate.
- 2
In a tall glass, combine powdered creamer with 2 tablespoons hot water and stir to dissolve. Add soymilk and pudding mix. Stir until mostly dissolved. Transfer contents of the glass to a blender.

Add ice cream and ice to the blender. Blend at high speed until thoroughly mixed. If needed, remove blender from the base, stir mixture, and blend again.
- 4
Pour into the tall glass. Gently stir in the sprinkles.

If you want to get fancy with your chocolatey topping, spoon it into one of the bottom corners of a plastic bag; snip off the tip of that corner to create a small hole, and pipe the topping through the hole into a swirl over your shake. Or keep things simple and just spoon on the topping! If you like, top with a few extra sprinkles. Enjoy!

My family absolutely loves this creamy, comforting scalloped potatoes dish, and honestly, it's one of my go to recipes when I want something impressive but easy. The beauty of this recipe is how simple it really is, requiring just basic pantry staples and about an hour total from start to table. Potatoes are packed with potassium, which is wonderful for heart health, and when you make this at home, you control exactly what goes into it. The sharp cheddar cheese adds such wonderful flavor that you don't need much, and the whole dish comes together quickly without any fussy techniques.

Air fryer roast beef joint
You know what surprised me most about making roast beef in the air fryer? How incredibly quick and simple it is. This method cuts your cooking time in half compared to a traditional oven, and honestly, the results are just as impressive. The beauty of beef is that it's packed with iron and B vitamins, which are essential for energy and overall health. With just a handful of pantry staples and five minutes of prep, you'll have a stunning, tender roast that's perfect for a weeknight dinner or impressing guests without the fuss.

Tuna Patties
These tuna patties have become a weeknight favorite in my kitchen because they're ready in under twenty minutes and honestly cost just a few dollars to make. I love that canned tuna is packed with omega 3 fatty acids that are great for your heart and brain, plus it means no special shopping required. The bright lemon juice and fresh herbs keep things from tasting fishy, and that little kick of hot sauce adds so much flavor without any fuss. They're crispy on the outside, tender inside, and perfect with just some lemon wedges on the side.
