- 400 gjumbo lump crab meat
- 120 mlitalian dressing
- 200 gred onion
- 100 gfresh parsley
- 50 gfresh basil
- 120 gcroutons
- 100 gshredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 gsalt
- 2 gblack pepper
- 60 mllemon juice
- 120 mlolive oil
