Ingredients
- 400 gjumbo lump crab meat
- 120 mlitalian dressing
- 200 gred onion
- 100 gfresh parsley
- 50 gfresh basil
- 120 gcroutons
- 100 gshredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 gsalt
- 2 gblack pepper
- 60 mllemon juice
- 120 mlolive oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, red onion, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper. Gently toss to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing and lemon juice until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and toss gently to coat.
Tip: Make sure the crab meat is coated evenly.

Sprinkle the croutons and mozzarella cheese over the top of the salad.
