This Japanese bacon salad is one of my go to weeknight dinners because it comes together in under an hour and tastes absolutely restaurant quality. The sesame oil gives it this wonderful nutty flavor that makes the whole dish feel special, while the crispy bacon adds a satisfying crunch. What I love most is that mixed greens are packed with vitamins and antioxidants, so you're getting real nutrition without any fuss. The ginger and garlic dressing ties everything together beautifully, and honestly, most of these ingredients are probably already in your kitchen. It's simple, delicious, and impressive enough to serve to guests.
