My friend Jewel shared this recipe with me last summer, and it's become my go to for hot afternoons and casual entertaining. The beauty of these margaritas is how refreshingly simple they are to make, coming together in just fifteen minutes with ingredients you likely already have on hand. Fresh watermelon is the star here, bringing natural sweetness and hydration to every sip, while the citrus and tequila keep things bright and sophisticated. Whether you're hosting a small gathering or treating yourself to something special, these jewel toned drinks deliver restaurant quality flavor without any fuss.

After years of experimenting, I've finally cracked the code for roast potatoes that are impossibly crispy on the outside and fluffy within.
