My go to comfort food when I'm exhausted is this simplified version of traditional golumpki. Ground beef, cabbage, and tomato sauce come together in one pot for minimal fussing, and the whole dish is ridiculously budget friendly since it stretches just a pound and a half of meat into several servings. Cabbage is packed with vitamin C and fiber, so you're getting nutrition along with that cozy, satisfying taste. The best part? There's almost no prep work required, just brown the meat, mix everything together, and let it simmer while you relax. This is real food for real life, made easy.
