This is one of my favorite smoothies to whip up on busy mornings because it comes together in just ten minutes. The combination of mango, cardamom, and ginger creates this wonderfully exotic flavor that tastes like a treat but feels totally nourishing. I love that cardamom is packed with antioxidants and aids digestion, making this drink as good for your insides as it tastes. A dollop of creamy Yeo Valley yogurt adds richness and protein without any fuss, while fresh lime and mint brighten everything up. It's simple, quick, and honestly costs very little to make.
