This frozen lassi is my go to when I want something refreshing but actually good for you. Mango and passion fruit are a match made in heaven, and the natural yogurt brings real creaminess plus all those brilliant probiotics that are so good for your digestion. What I love most is how ridiculously quick it comes together, just five minutes of prep and you're done. It's perfect for hot afternoons, and honestly, it feels fancy enough to serve guests but couldn't be simpler to make.

Put all the ingredients, apart from the lime zest, in a blender and whizz until smooth. Taste and add more honey, if you like. If you want a soft-serve consistency, serve straight out of the blender or, for a more traditional scoop, freeze in an airtight container. If you are freezing the lassi, you may want to use the full 4 tbsp honey as it needs more sweetness once frozen. Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before scooping. Scatter over the lime zest to serve.
