This maple Bundt cake has become one of my favorite go to recipes because it comes together so quickly and tastes absolutely delicious. What I love most is that pure maple syrup isn't just there for flavor, it actually provides beneficial minerals like manganese and zinc that refined sugar doesn't offer. With just twenty minutes of prep work and thirty five minutes in the oven, you'll have a stunning cake ready to share. The yogurt keeps it incredibly moist while adding a subtle tang that makes the maple flavor really shine through. It's simple enough for a weeknight dessert but impressive enough to bring to any gathering.
