These maple friands are my go to when I want something that tastes impressive but doesn't demand much from me. With just a handful of ingredients and less than an hour from start to finish, they're perfect for a quick treat. The pure maple syrup brings such a lovely warmth to these little cakes, and here's a bonus: eggs are packed with choline, which is wonderful for brain health. They're wonderfully simple to throw together, which means even on busy weekdays I can have fresh, homemade cake waiting for my family.
