These maple muesli bars have become my go to grab and go breakfast, and honestly, they're so simple I'm amazed at how good they taste. The best part? You can whip up a whole batch in under an hour, and they'll last you through the week. I love using almonds in here because they're packed with protein and healthy fats that actually keep you satisfied until lunch. The combination of oats, seeds, and a touch of maple syrup creates this perfect chewy texture that feels indulgent without any guilt. Once you make them once, you'll wonder why you ever bought those expensive store bought bars.
