- 400rolled oats
- 200 galmonds
- 150 gsunflower seeds
- 100 gpumpkin seeds
- 100 gdried cranberries
- 50 gmaple syrup(mix with honey for a different flavor)
- 50 gcoconut oil(melted)
- 2 mLvanilla extract
- 1 gsalt
- 50 gmilk powder
- 50 ggolden syrup

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line an 18cm x 28cm baking tin with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.
Tip: Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.

In a separate bowl, mix together the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well combined.

Stir in the milk powder and golden syrup until they are fully incorporated.

Press the mixture into the prepared baking tin and smooth out the top.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely in the tin.

Once cool, cut into bars and store in an airtight container.
Tip: Cut into 8 equal bars.
