- 500 kgsteak( Ribeye or strip loin)
- 200 gfeta cheese
- 150 gkalamata olives
- 473 mlred onion(thinly sliced)
- 473 mlred bell pepper(thinly sliced)
- 237 mlcucumber
- 120 mlred wine vinegar
- 150 mlextra virgin olive oil
- 473 mlchopped fresh parsley

Preheat your oven to 220°C (425ºfF). Season the steak with salt and pepper.

Grill the steak for 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, sliced red onion, red bell pepper, and cucumber.
