This Middle Eastern Salmon Salad is one of my go to weeknight dinners because it comes together in just 35 minutes total. The salmon is packed with omega 3 fatty acids that are wonderful for heart health, and I love how the warm spiced fish contrasts beautifully with crisp, cool vegetables and creamy feta. The magic happens when you dress everything with a simple lemon and olive oil vinaigrette infused with cumin and coriander, transporting you straight to the Mediterranean. Best of all, most ingredients are pantry staples, so it won't break the bank. Serve it alongside warm pita bread for scooping up every last drop of that incredible sauce.

My go to drink for summer gatherings is this refreshing Beergarita, and let me tell you, it's a total crowd pleaser. The combination of tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and a cold Corona creates something that tastes way more complicated than it actually is. Lime juice is packed with vitamin C, which is great for your immune system, and the whole thing takes just five minutes to throw together. Best part? It's incredibly budget friendly since you're probably already stocking most of these ingredients anyway.
