- 200cucumber
- 150tomato
- 100red onion
- 100parsley
- 60 mltahini
- 30 mllemon juice
- 30 mlolive oil
- 2 wholegarlic
- 1paprika
- 1cumin
- 1salt
- 1black pepper
- 100 gfeta cheese(optional, crumbled)

Cut the tofu into small cubes and pan-fry until golden brown.
