- 200 gbutter
- 800 ggranulated sugar
- 300 gall-purpose flour
- 4 eggeggs
- 120 mlunsweetened milk
- 1 mlvanilla extract
- 400 gmilk chocolate chips
- 100 gconfectioner's sugar

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a medium saucepan, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and unsweetened milk. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and confectioner's sugar. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the saucepan, stirring to combine.

Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract and milk chocolate chips until melted and smooth.

Beat in the eggs until well combined. Pour the mixture into a greased 20cm (8 inch) round springform pan.

Place the pan in a larger roasting pan and add hot water to come halfway up the sides of the springform pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is still slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, run a knife around the edges and release the springform.
