- 100 gbutter, softened
- 200 gwhite granulated sugar

- 400 gmilk chocolate chips
- 400 gice cream, milk chocolate
- 2 egglarge eggs

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the flour mixture.

Scoop out 20-25g of the dough and shape into balls.

Place the balls onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 5cm of space between each cookie.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Scoop out 100-120g of the ice cream and place between two cookies. Press gently to adhere.
