- 400 gcaster sugar
- 200 gmilk chocolate
- 4large egg whites
- 300 ggranulated sugar
- 100 gall-purpose flour
- 5 gsalt
- 125 gunsalted butter

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the butter, caster sugar, and milk chocolate. Melt in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval, until smooth.

Beat in the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until combined.
Tip: Be careful not to overmix.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Add to the chocolate mixture and stir until combined.
