- 120 gunsalted butter
- 50 gorange zest

- 120 mlvegetable oil
- 5 gbaking powder
- 2 gorange extract
- 50 gconfectioners' sugar
- 200 gwhipped cream
- 12fresh orange slices
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a 23cm pie dish and set aside.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and stir in the orange juice, sugar, and salt until dissolved.

Let cool slightly, then whisk in the egg yolks until well combined.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, then whisk until smooth.

Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
