Ingredients

- 2 egglarge eggs
- 50 mlorange juice(freshly squeezed)
- 20 gorange zest(grated)
- 150 gdark chocolate(chopped)
- 20 gcocoa powder(unsweetened)
- 5 gsalt
- 100 ggranulated sugar(for dusting)
- 50 mlvegetable oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, confectioner's sugar, and cocoa powder.

In a separate large bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs, and orange juice.

Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a shaggy dough forms.

Add the flour, salt, and vegetable oil to the dough. Mix until the dough comes together in a ball.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll out to a thickness of about 3mm (1/8 inch).

Cut the dough into 4 equal pieces and roll each piece into a long log.

Place the logs on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2cm (1 inch) of space between each pastry.

Tip: Stir until smooth and glossy.
