Preheat the oven to 180°C (350¿a). Line an 18x20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter and butter until smooth.
Tip: Make sure to get rid of any lumps!

Gradually add the granulated sugar and brown sugar, beating until well combined.
Tip: This is the hardest part – be patient!

Add the orange juice, orange zest, flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until just combined.
