This orange chocolate roulade is my go to dessert when I want something elegant but don't have all day in the kitchen. The whole thing comes together in under an hour, which makes it perfect for weeknight entertaining. The citrus and chocolate combination is absolutely magical, and I love that the orange juice adds natural brightness while bringing some vitamin C to the table. What really won me over is how simple the technique is once you get the hang of rolling it up. Even my less confident baker friends have nailed this one on their first try.
