My paneer jalfrezi is such a crowd pleaser, and honestly, it comes together faster than you'd think at just 35 minutes total. This vibrant stir fry is loaded with colorful peppers and tomatoes, creating a delicious medley of flavors that feels fancy but requires minimal effort. Paneer, the star ingredient, is a wonderful source of protein and calcium, making this dish both satisfying and nutritious for vegetarians. The beauty of this recipe is how budget friendly it is since you probably already have most of these spices in your kitchen. Simply sauté your aromatics, toss in the paneer and vegetables, and dinner is done. It's my go to when I want something restaurant quality without spending hours in the kitchen.
