This pear bread is one of my favorite quick breads to make because it comes together so easily and uses just one bowl. Fresh shredded pears keep the bread incredibly moist while adding natural sweetness, and pears are packed with fiber that's wonderful for digestion. The cinnamon and pecans give it such a cozy, comforting flavor that reminds me of autumn baking, and honestly, it's hard to mess up. Whether you're looking for a simple breakfast treat or an easy dessert to bring to a gathering, this recipe delivers every single time.
