This is my go to pear pie recipe when I want something special but don't have all day in the kitchen. With just fifteen minutes of prep work, you'll have a gorgeous double crusted pie ready for the oven. Pears are wonderfully nutritious, packed with fiber that's great for digestion, and they pair beautifully with the vanilla and butter in this filling. The best part is how simple it comes together, especially since you can use store bought crusts if you're short on time. This version is a real crowd pleaser that never fails to impress.
