- 400 gsugar
- 200 glight brown sugar
- 150 mlwater
- 10 gsalt
- 250 gunsalted butter
- 4 egglarge eggs
- 5 gbaking soda
- 100 gsesame seeds
- 150 galmonds
- sea salt
- 1 mlvanilla extract
- 100 mlpeanut oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350¿aF) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the sugar, brown sugar, and water in a medium saucepan and place it on the stovetop over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 10 minutes, or until the mixture reaches 140°C (284¿aF) on a candy thermometer.
