Here's my go to prawn gumbo recipe that I make whenever I want something impressive but don't have hours to spend cooking. The whole thing comes together in just an hour, and honestly, it's one of the easiest showstopping dishes you can make. Prawns are packed with lean protein and selenium, which is wonderful for your immune system, and combined with the vibrant bell peppers, garlic, and tomatoes, you're getting so much flavor and nutrition in every spoonful. Best part? It won't break the bank either. Give this a try and you'll see why it's become my favorite weeknight dinner.
