- 237 mlbell pepper
- 200 gtomato paste
- 400 mltomato puree
- 500 mlfish stock
- 10 gpaprika
- 710 mlgarlic
- 20 gchili flakes
- 8 gsalt
- 4 gblack pepper
- 4 gthyme
- 4 gbay leaves
- 100 mlolive oil
- 200 grice
Instructions

In a large pot, heat 60ml of olive oil over medium heat.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper and sauté until they are softened.

Add the garlic and chili flakes and cook for 1 minute.

Add the prawns and cook until they are pink.

Add the paprika, salt, and black pepper and stir to combine.
