This prawn stew is one of my go to dishes when I want something delicious but don't have much time. The whole thing comes together in just 45 minutes, making it perfect for a weeknight dinner. Prawns are packed with protein and selenium, which is wonderful for your immune system, and they cook so quickly that you don't need to fuss over them. What I love most is how simple it all is to pull together. You just sauté your onions and garlic, add tomato paste and stock, then let it simmer while you relax. It's comfort food that won't break the bank either. Give this one a try and you'll see why it's become such a staple in my kitchen.
