- 710 mlgarlic
- 60 gtomato paste
- 800 mldiced tomatoes
- 500 mlfish stock
- 250 mlwhite wine
- 20 golive oil
- 1 eggchopped fresh parsley
- 1 gsalt
- 1 gblack pepper
- 1 sprigthyme(fresh)
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Add the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Tip: Stir constantly to prevent burning.

Add the diced tomatoes, fish stock, white wine, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
