- 1 gthyme
- 2 gbay leaves
- 2 ggumbo powder
- 1 gpaprika
- 1 gsalt
- ½ gblack pepper
- 250 grice
- 1 gfilé powder(optional)
- 2 gscallions

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
