- 400 mlchicken broth
- 150 mlheavy cream
- 1 gsalt
- 1 gblack pepper
- 1 gfresh parsley

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, allspice, and ginger. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the onion is translucent.
